The system works by applying the Glasstex® Blueshield® Adhesive to the chosen surfaces, the Glasstex® Wallcovering is then applied onto the adhesive and after drying (approx. 12/24hrs dependent upon conditions) the Glasstex® Blueshield® Base Coat is then applied to the wallcovering.
Applying a coat of water-based paint of the client’s choice and colour will complete the decorative finish.
Preparation: Surfaces should be sound, dry, clean and free from damp, dust and grease, and should be lightly abraded before application.
Instructions for use: Stir well before use. Do not dilute. Apply by brush or roller to the surfaces. Always maintain the open time of the adhesive. Do not use at temperatures below 10°C (50°F).
Coverage: Approximately 3.5sq metres per kg.
Cleaning: Tools and equipment should be cleaned with water immediately after use.
Cautions: This adhesive contains fungicide to protect against mould growth and should be kept away from children and animals. Do not expose to extremes of temperature.
Can only be used in conjunction with Glasstex® Wallcoverings and Blueshield® Basecoat to achieve Class ‘O’ certification.

Instructions for use: Apply by brush, or roller. Blueshield® Base Coat dries in about 4 hours depending on temperature and relative humidity.
Coverage: Approximately 30sq metres per 5ltr.
Cleaning: Being water based, all brushes and tools can be cleaned with warm water.
Cautions: Can only be used in conjunction with Glasstex® Wallcovering and Blueshield® Adhesive to achieve CLASS ‘O’ certification.
